CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Alpha Insurance Company is seeking to hire a dynamic corporate leader as COO who has the capacity to ultimately lead the organization and achieve result oriented targets. The appointment will be initially on contract basis and incumbent will be groomed to be promoted as CEO over a period of time.

The applicant must have academic qualification of Master or ACA / ACMA / ACII. He/She is expected to have about 10 years of experience of general insurance out of which at least 5 years of working in a senior position. We are an equal opportunity employer and are looking for a healthy and energetic person of less than sixty years, with a strong marketing background.

Head of I.T. Department

Qualification

  • MS (CS, SE) / MBA (MIS)
  • Bachelors with General Insurance I.T. experience shall also be eligible

Experience

  • Around 10 years of experience in I.T. field.
  • Currently working as head or in supervisory role
  • Preference will be given to candidate having experience in General Insurance industry.

Skills

  • Software application development skills with a minimum of 5 years specific experience with design and implementation of large and complex business applications.
  • Sound knowledge of hardware and network implementation and troubleshooting.

Age Limit

  • Below 40 years
